We deal with the Adminstration of Deceased Estates. Where your loved one has passed on, his/her estate has to be wound up. This process needs to be completed for the heirs/beneficiaries to obtain a part of their estate. People pass away with and without a will. We assist with completing the process in line with the prescribed legislation.

Child maintenance and Parental plans
There are a lot of unmarried couples that have children. Disputes develop between couples as to visitation of the minor child by the parent that does not stay with the child. We assist in both instituting and defending maintenance claims and resolving visitation disputes in the form of a parental plan.

We represent clients in doing debt collection as a result of a breach of contract or where the other parties do not pay their debt. This includes claims against vehicle owners for car accidents that they have caused. Default Judgements and Attaching assets to sell in covering the outstanding debt.

The most common ones are drunk driving, assault and possession of drugs. We assist clients in trials in defending protection order applications. Unfortunately quite a few frivolous applications gets brought by live partners against each other. It is done to intimidate the other party so they won't see the children or to try and get maintenance out of the other party or just to get back at the other party for cheating on them.
